“We asked Mark to re work our water system and bathroom facilities. We had a toilet in a small space, next door to a poorly arranged shower room with sink. The water cistern in the flat was designed to provide water for a bath we didn't have and the header tank was immediately above it, so the water pressure was very low, to provide hot water to the three sinks. We didn't want to knock down the wall between the toilet and shower room and he suggested moving doors to expand the size of both those rooms, which has transformed the space available. He chose a small water heater which neatly fits under the bathroom sink, and we now have almost instant hot water under mains pressure to the taps, a massive improvement. He worked conscientiously, thinking through the issues that arose as he reconfigured the plumbing and electrics. He tiled the floor, plastered and painted and left the rooms fully functional with lights, mirrors, towel rails etc. We are delighted and would recommend him. Our neighbours in similar flats have been very impressed by the transformation and asking for his contact details.”
